Cancellation Policy
We are appointment based only! We take great pride and preparation to ensure your experience is flawless and memorable. When we have someone not show for an appointment or cancel at the very last minute Its an appointment that could have gone to someone else incurs travel and time expenses for our esthetician.
Cancellations and changes to your appointment should be done 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
All cancellations and appointments with less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.
No Shows
If our esthetician has already set up for your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the service.
